摘要

According to the characteristics of humanistic and pertubam, engineering-practice teaching system is reconstructed through carrying out cognizing practice on model product based on assemblage. This paper introduces the cause, aim, connotation and characteristics. Cognizing model product practice based on assemblage regards assemblage as a cut-in point. Many teaching methods are used, such as multimedia courseware teaching, self-study combined with teaching video, DIY, demonstrates on site. It connects lectures with operating, and its' characteristics is Virtual-Actual Combination, PointLine-Surface Connection and dynamic static integrated. Through our elaborately design, cognizing model product practice become a tie, which connects practice mobilization, material processing, machining, digital design and manufacturing, electronic product making and summary together, and form an intergraded value chain system. From proper view and depth in finite time, students can truly realize whole procedure from design, processing to assemblage, and overall understand manufacturing industry and manufacturing process.
