Nowadays college students around china face a high pressure of finding a job after many years of enrollment expansion. The employment environment is worse because of the present economic crisis. The industry training is paid more attention to the requirements of higher talent people. They should be furnished with appropriate knowledge and have better quality and ability. The society keeps an eye on the good quality of the college students. Engineering training is a teaching students' professional knowledge in practice. It is a kind of training the students can use their knowledge practically, in which the theories they learned in the classroom combine with production practice. This is an important chain which can fully increase the students' engineering quality and skills. From this point of view, engineering training equals to industry training within campus.
