摘要

As to the simplified practical teaching procedure and weakened engineering training in recent college engineering teaching, our university constructed "three-level, five-stage" teaching system of engineering training, which has achieved great success in practical teaching. During the reform of engineering teaching, our university summarized the long-term teaching experience of engineering training, understanding the training aim of application-oriented high-skilled talents which integrate both knowledge and technique, and the developing rules of engineering college students' practice ability. Under the principles of stratification in practice training process, modularization in the training content and diversification in training method, we have constructed the "double-quality" teaching staff and advanced teaching base.
