Based on the thinking of balanced transport capacity and transport volume, this paperrnputs forward a regional bus dispatching method that suggests adjustments torntransport capacity in multi-lines in order to achieve resource sharing and transportrncapacity sharing. The node and line's wait of public transportation network arernanalyzed in detail during regional bus dispatching processing in this article. Thernwaiting factor is defined and the wait computational method is given in this paper.rnThe capacity of the bus station is analyzed in detail. Based on this, this paperrnestablished the corresponding mathematical model taking the total wait time of thernregional network as the main goal. The heuristic algorithm is used to carry on thernsolution to the model. This model effectively realizes that when the total wait time ofrnsimultaneous arrivals at transfer nodes is the greatest, the passenger in the networkrnneeds to transfers from one line to another line with the shortest standby period. Thisrnpaper puts forward a regional public transportation timetable Optimization based onrnnode and line's wait analysis.
