摘要

Steel slag is a solid waste discharged in large quantities by the iron and steelrnindustry in China. The recycling of steel slag will inevitably become an importantrnmeasure for the environment protection and therefore will be of great social andrneconomical significance. Used in combination with Super-plasticizer admixture,rnsteel slag powder can lead to economical high performance concrete for highwayrnpavements with enhanced durability and reduced cement content. The properties ofrnsteel slag cement and concrete with different types of steel slag and different dosagernof admixtures are studied in this paper. The effectiveness of using steel slag powderrnfor suppressing Alkali Aggregate Reaction is also analyzed. The results show thatrnproperties and durability of concrete can be greatly improved steel slag powder.
