摘要:Performance assessment is the core of human resource management.This paper reveals several main game which exists in the enterprise performance evaluation respectively from three levels of enterprise executives,managers and general staf in the perspective of game theory.%本文分别从企业高管、中层管理者以及一般员工等三个层次以博弈论的角度揭示了在企业绩效考核中所存在的几种主要博弈。
