摘要

With the development of environmental monitoring and its soaring information, it is urgent to build up a full functional environmental monitoring information management system which can effectively integrate environmental monitoring information and then support environmental management. This paper describes a framework of environmental monitoring information management system, in which, the data are offered by a data center, the attribute data and spatial data are synchronized and managed, the statistics, analysis and assessment of monitoring data are implemented and the function of environmental monitoring and pre-warning is achieved through this system. In addition, this system could achieve some thematic functions, such as area distribution, buffer analysis, trend analysis and so on. It also can display analysis results by electronic maps.
