摘要

Poly(OBzl-L-aspartate-co-Z-L-lysine) was prepared through ring-opening polymerization. The composition of copolymers could be well controlled by adjusting the feed ratio of (Lys(Z)-NCA to Asp(OBzl)-NCA. 86.1% benzyloxycarbonyl groups on the copolymer chain were deprotected after 2h treatment in HBr/AcOH and HBr/AcOH is nonselective with respect to the two kinds of benzyloxycarbonyl groups on the copolymer. The copolymer has pendant amino and carboxyl groups, so that it could be used to couple drugs, antibodies et al. in terms of tissue engineering and regeneration.
