摘要

The calibration of photovoltaic reference cells used as primary laboratory standards for calibration of PV devices needs to be traceable to international radiometric standards and SI units. The World Standard Group (WSG), located at the World Radiation Center in Davos (Switzerland), is the transfer standard to the World Radiometric Reference (WRR) and SI units. Two Global Irradiance Methods and one Direct Irradiance Method - all traceable to the World Standard Group via two Absolute Cavity Radiometers - are compared in this paper. The two Global Irradiance Methods are ISO 17025 accredited at the European Solar Test Installation (ESTI) [1,2], whereas the "Direct Sunlight Method", is currently under validation. A previous attempt to compare these three methods failed due to bad weather conditions (March 2003 - ESTI-NREL measurement campaign). The data used in this paper were all measured at one location, with the same instrumentation, analysis tools and operators.
