In the present study the effect of temperature on the spectral response has been investigated in 350-1100 nm wavelengths range. For this study standard industrial crystalline silicon solar cells were used. Our experimental results show, that effect of temperature on spectral response can be different in short, middle and long wavelength ranges. In the short wavelength regime spectral response of the J_(sc) decreases in the operating temperature, whereas, in the long wavelength range an opposite behavior is observed. For =870 nm the temperature behavior of J_(sc) passes through a maximum at T = 343 K. To explain the temperature dependence of J_(sc) at different wavelength device simulator PC1D is used. We suggested a model with one local recombination level and temperature dependence of the absorption coefficient and lifetime. A best fit was obtained with the following parameters: E_t=-0,27eV(vs. E_i), and lifetime τ_(n,p)=60μs(at 300K).
