Using the theory of knowledge-based economy and looking from the reality of metropolitan area's economic development, the paper discusses the necessity of building learning organization of vocational and technical school's teachers. Combining with the characteristics of professional and technical schools, the paper described the content, methods, requirements and problems that should pay attention to in building learning organization of vocational and technical school's teachers.
