摘要

This paper deal with the problem that how to identify the value of deformed microchannel in LTCC when the microchannel after the completion of the design and Manufacture. An optimization method (conjugate gradient method) was used to find out the deformed variables. A stainless channel was designed and the experiment validate the correct and accuracy of the method. Results obtained by minimize the error of the temperature between the measured points and the designed channel.
