Using VXIbus to form an automatic test system has become the developing main stream of testing system in home and abroad. So the study on the software and hardware platform techniques of VXIbus integrated testing system has great practical significance. Based on understanding the VXI specification and the virtual instrument technique, this paper mainly discuss the key techniques during forming a common used VXIbus integrated testing system .
