PCR has fine specificity and sensitivity in detecting HBV DNA, but it is more expensive and time-consuming compared with ELISA. So It's clinical practice Is limited some way.rnAmplifying HBV DNA with capillary plastic tube, We consume only half reagent of that with Eppendorf tube, and spend less time. A comparison was made and the result was satisfactory.rnMaterials Capillary plastic tube: the diameter is 1.1 mm and the tubes were offered by the Paediatrics Department, First Hospital, Shihezi Medical College. After cleaning, they were boiled for 10 minutes and then dried.
