The objective of this study is to determine the process performance of Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) regenerator air distribution manifolds under typical process conditions. A computer model was written in order to solve mass, heat, unique in that it takes into account the heat that is transferred from the hot catalyst bed to the relatively cool combustion air.
