摘要

The heat transfer to immersed blunt bodies was measured in the freeboard of a stationary fluidized bed and in the transport zong of circulating fluidized beds, operated with an established bubbling behavior of the bottom bed. The gas-convective component was found to be 50 percent higher than expected in a one-phase flow with no free-stream turbulence. This result is explained by bubble-generated turbulence.
