The formation of gastrula (gastrulation) is the most important morphogenesis process in embryonic development. The main cell movements in the gastrulation of teleostei was formed by epiboly, cell moves outwards, from deep layer, and gathering of cells. This paper has mainly stuided cell movements states during the formation of hypoblast of common carp (Crypinus carpio). A number of pictures have clearly showed that hypolast of Cyprinus carpio was formed by the cells move outwards, from deep layer of ectoderm, cells reproduct and coherence. THere were two methods of migration; (1) by cell cleavage, one daughter cell moves outwards, to the subgerminal cavity while the other daughter cell remains in epiblast. (2) by changing their shapes, cells move to the subgerminal cavity directly.
