摘要

A method of numerical modeling showed that the symmetry of a stationary heat field decreasing from L_∞ to L_3 results in essential improvement of mixing in the medium of crystallization. Radial and vertical components of the velocity vector increase near the more heated walls of crucible and, that is the most important, an azimuthal component appears. Therefore, the change of the symmetry of a stationary heat field is a new technique for contact-free action over heat-mass-transfer processes during crystal growth.
