摘要

To deal with poor static and dynamic characteristic in hydraulic servo system, a kind of new control algorithm―variation fuzzy algorithm is presented in this paper and is applied in MRFAC control system. Variation fuzzy algorithm predigests the fuzzy control rules from 56 to 8 ,in this case, the simulation rate is improved greatly. The performance of this algorithm is demonstrated via comparison of the simulated results that used variation fuzzy algorithm and without. The overshoot of the original system gets 80 % and settling time is very long. The overshoot reduces to 15% and settling time reduces to about 3 seconds via MRFAC. However, almost no overshoot appears through variation fuzzy control. Through simulation, it is shown that the proposed new algorithm plays an important role in improving operating performance of MRFAC system.
