摘要

High inertia load and compounded operating of multiple actuators are two main factors which effect the performance of construction machinery. In this paper, a meter-in and meter-out independent regulating principle based on pressure difference sensing and the structure of corresponding control unit are put forward, and a grading control method based on parameters on line estimating is also adopted to obtain accurate, smooth and speedy performance of high inertia load. Based on these, an electro-hydraulic digital flow deviation method based on meter-in flow feedback for multiple actuators load sensing system is put forward to distribute flow at will when two or more actuators were compounded operated.
