摘要

With the tools and advances in assays I have described, we are beginning to probe nature's machinery. Ultimately, we hope to gain a quantitative understanding of molecular and celluiar machinery and to measure the forces and strength of the mechanical steps that underlie the mechanome. Once we understand the physical rules that govern biological systems and can measure nature's machinery, we should eventually be able to "sequence" the mechanome.
