摘要

At time of large-scale project implementation in military logistics, the spread trend in region is more and more obvious. The rear-service of the American military is illustrating in the Iraqi military operation not finishing yet so far or in Bosnia-Herzegovena or in Afghanistan in recent years. In order to reach progress, quality, investment and security goal booked, it is necessary to carry on effective management for various kinds of project information. So, the administrative staff of the various military logistics needs to build a new military logistic project management mode. Building a military rear-service system which has intact system, rational structure, advanced technological means is paid attention to by armies of various countries day by day. And, constructing visual logistic resource system and realizing resource-sharing are also. Based on the digitized information and network communication technology, we put forward a web-based solution to military logistic project management, which is called web-based logistic project management, i.e. WBLPM. WBLPM will become soul and brain of military logistic project management, due to its peculiar flexibility and simple handling characteristics.
