Enterprise's Green and Sustainable Innovation (EGSI) is an important challenging problem faced by the worldwide enterprises and academic people in the new century. This paper briefly introduces the concept of the EGSI. It also initially provides a system of the project management mode (PMM) in an EGSI process and discusses each mode's characteristics and managerial main points. It provides a case study in the end.
