Released in March 2017, this isrnthe 14th edition since its introduction in 1935.rnGPSA defines the book as assembling “basic designrninformation together with data and procedures that can bernused by field and plant engineers to determine operatingrnand design parameters. It is also intended as an aid to designrnengineers who, in spite of increasing availability of computerrnroutines and other sophisticated design methods, requirerna general reference work as a guide to accepted engineeringrnpractice for estimating, feasibility studies, preliminary designrnand for making on-site operating decisions.”
