A Reconfigurable Bulk Micro-Machined Patch antenna has been discussed in this article. Shunt Capacitive MEMS has been designed with 0.2 dB insertion loss and -22 dB of Isolation. Further, Frequency Shift of 500 MHz has been achieved with the actuation of two MEMS switches incorporated in the bulk Micromachined patch antenna designed on high resistive silicon substrate. In OFF state, the proposed patch antenna resonates at 8 GHz and in ON state of both the switches the operating frequency shifts towards 7.5 GHz with a gain of about 6 dBi.
