摘要

Damaged diagnose of eggs is an important workingrnprocedure in eggs production, the traditional methodrnis measured by the sense of human, which using sensernof hearing to judge whether the eggs are damaged orrnnot after hearing the sound produced by clickingrnthe eggs. The disadvantage of this method are thernlarge labour intention, low efficiency, easily exhausted,rnand easily be effected by the inspector's state of moodrnduring inspection. An automatic damaged diagnose isrnintroduced here based on analysis the sound signals.rnWhen eggs are bestired, they will produce the soundrnsignals, which can be used as the input signals of arntrained neural network, this kind of neural networkrncan judge whether the eggs are damaged or not,rnwhich are not according to the input node data. Thernmethod improve the detection precision and workingrnefficiency, its detection precision can reach to 0.04%,rnwhich is higher than the detection precision of 0.06%rnby inspection workers.
