In this communication we consider the problem of modelling a multi agents systemrnevolving over a bi dimensional grid. Starting from an initial state, it is considered that the overallrnaim of the agents population is to behave so that the system reaches a desired final state in arnminimum time. Each agent is characterized by motion parameters while to each cell is associated arncurrent capacity. The application of interest in this study is relative to emergency evacuation ofrnaircraft and the influence of cabin crew over its performance. A non standard assignment problem isrnformulated so that cabin crew can be used efficiently during emergency evacuation. The solution ofrnthis problem should provide minimum time standards as well as insights for the design of personalrnguidance assistance in emergency situations.
