摘要

The village in the city is a phenomenon of typical urbanization in China under special historical circumstances. During the fast urbanization in our country, the reconstructing of VIC has widely been focused on by all societies and is becoming a newly emerging subject. How to correctly treat villages in the city this phenomenon and to properly resolve the relevant issues is the key to build a harmonious society and building a well-off society. This paper fast analyses of the villages in the city of the existence of social problems, sets forth the necessity for its transformation, give countermeasures to the transformation of villages in the city finally.

机译：在特殊的历史情况下，城市中的村庄是中国典型的城市化现象。在我国快速的城市化进程中，VIC的重建已成为所有社会广泛关注的课题，并且正在成为新兴的课题。如何正确对待城中村这一现象，妥善解决相关问题，是构建和谐社会，全面建设小康社会的关键。本文对城市乡村存在的社会问题进行了快速分析，提出了转型的必要性，最后提出了城市乡村转型的对策。
