摘要

The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of communications in the technological change in organisations. My discussion is theoretical, my purpose is to point out some principles in the creation of the organizational reality and the role the media play in this creation.rnThe ultimate goal of information and communication technology is to improve sharing of knowledge among people.This sharing takes place through communication. Through communication we maintain the organizational reality. There is no "real" change if there is no change in communications. To change communications we must change our perceptions because they are the basic conditions of communication. Our communication problems today are very similar to those centuries ago.
