摘要

NiFe-based spin valves have been studied by energy filtering TEM (EFTEM). Depending of their growth temperature, they show different structure. Relative quantification of elemental maps recorded on OK, FeL_(23), NiL_(23) edges has been performed enabling the determination of an interface compound. Cross section ratios obtained by EFTEM and EEL spectroscopy on the same sample are compared.
