Over the past four years customer satisfaction surveys have been conducted to assess public perceptions of ITS Programs in Georgia, Florida and Indiana. This presentation will discuss the findings of two surveys conducted in GA, three in FL and one in IN. The surveys have indicated that the public values ITS services when they are aware of them, however many drivers are still not aware of what services are available. Lessons learnedrnand suggestions for ITS Program improvements will be discussed.
