摘要

This article deals with the approach to the estimate of the influence of motivational factors of the personnel at work. The analysis of the impact of the motivation of staff performance is proposed on the basis of the developed scale of estimation of the level of influence of the motivational factors of different groups of needs for labor productivity. To determine the impact of each motivational unit on a specific performance indicator, an approach to the calculation of performance indicators based on the weighting factors of the influence of these groups is proposed.
