The paper describes a thermal enrichment model for direct runoff temperature simulation in an urban watershed. The model covers principal heat transfer processes such as radiation, evaporation (sensible heat), and convection and physical drainage system components such as impervious pavement, open channels, closed conduits, ponds and wetlands. It dovetails with PCSWMM and uses a basic integration time step that may vary between one second and one day
