摘要

Objective: To give suggestions to coordinate development of urban and rural health services and regional coordination of development.Methods: Using infant mortality rate, children under 5 mortality rate and maternal mortality rate to constructe as a health comprehensive index to represent the health level and the Engel coefficient as representatives of life level to fit the regression model with the urban-rural dummy variable.Results: The health level of urban and rural areas is significantly different. And life level gap is the leading factor in health level gap.The gap between health level and life level is in the same direction in relations. Conclusion: The life level is the foundation and prerequisite for health and health level in turn affects the life level.To improve the income level of rural residents and economic and social development of rural areas is put forward.
