摘要

Agriculture is the foundation of a country's economic development; agricultural production affects the pulse of the entire national economy. 2011 as the 'Twelfth Five' start, in the situation of the major grain producing areas experienced a severe drought, people are more concerned about the issue that how to ensure healthy and sustainable development of agricultural production. In this paper, by using the expansion of the form of C-D production function, we analyze the input status of agricultural production (agricultural consumption of chemical fertilizer, grain sown area, area affected, the total power of agricultural machinery, total employed persons of primary industry) and issue of grain production, and then propose countermeasures and suggestions about sound and rapid development of agriculture and grain production increased steadily.
