Accompaning the information explosion and the developing of new information technology, a completely new conscious Knowledge based Economy is camming. Knowledge base economy has been thought to be a character of contemporary world economy. In the turn of 21 century, the living style, working style, social behavior and so on through out the intensive impact of information surroundings have been changing the farmers, the rural and the agriculture. The information instruments and the peasant's attitudes to those changes were investigated in this paper. We have to give an investigation and an economic analysis.
