Heat exchange of the live creature tissue largely relates to blood perfusion, minishing blood perfusion has double senses in the cryotherapy. Based on the theoretic analysis, vacuum liquid CO2 cryoprobe was put forward, and the feasibility with capillary tubes was studied. The experimental results show that the mass flow rate of liquid CO2 relates to lengths, internal diameters and pressure drop of capillary tubes, the liquid CO2 is already lower than the 'dangerous temperature zone' after its pressure is decreased for 80 s from room temperature to -70 ℃.Therefore, it would be quite economical and feasible in cryosurgery.
