The principle and relational research works of the application of Hi-tech self-cleaning windows were introduced, and the new technology of TiNx films treated at 200 ℃ for 0. 5 - 2 h and at 100 - 500 ℃ for 1 h for this windows was also introduced. TiNx films were fabricated using DC magnetron sputtering and the structureal, chemical, electrical and optical properties were investigated by XRD, fluorescence spectrum and UV-vis, and a four-point probe. The results show that the function of the TiNx films by this technology is much better than that of the unanealed films.
