摘要

China's spectacular economic boom is inflicting a terrible toll on the environment. And the absence of business ethics has resulted in many serious social problems which are threatening our daily life. China's development without Corporate Social Responsibility can not lead us to a society of harmony. So in this paper the author compares some different definition of CSR also makes some analysis on related issues from different viewpoint of developed countries and China. Our conclusion is China need CSR to realize the sustainable growth of economy, but we have a lot to do to make most enterprises perform CSR.
机译:中国惊人的经济繁荣正在给环境造成巨大损失。缺乏商业道德已经导致许多严重的社会问题,威胁着我们的日常生活。没有企业社会责任的中国发展不会导致我们建立和谐社会。因此,本文作者比较了企业社会责任的不同定义,并从发达国家和中国的不同角度对相关问题进行了分析。我们的结论是,中国需要企业社会责任来实现经济的可持续增长,但是要使大多数企业履行企业社会责任,我们还有很多工作要做。
