It is apparent that creating successful and effective Web-based instruction goes beyond presenting content material. It encompasses creating of an interactive learning environment in presenting a structure, building navigational support with appropriate and meaningful links among pieces of information on the subject matter, as well as building social interaction and designing interactivity in the content material. The implication poses considerable planning and design in course design and development.
