摘要

Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) has been one of the leading trade barriers that export companies have encountered. Because of concealment, flexibility, complexity, developments and so on of TBT, government and companies can't answer it effectively. By exerting its advantage of specialty, organization and information, industrial associations, between government and companies, can help companies open market and organize them settle trade dispute overseas, and can manage the industry and serve companies in the native country, thus they play very important role in answering TBT.
