In the research, a prototype system called as an ICRM (Intelligent Customer Relationship Management) agent is developed to implement the task of bargaining. To reflect the lifetime value of buyers, a fuzzy agent is developed to compute relationship degree between buyers and sellers. Relationship degree is used as a basis to decide the concession degree during a bargaining process. A web site is developed to simulate an agent with Utility Neutral Strategy (UNC), Utility Increase Strategy (UIC), Utility Decrease Strategy (UDC) and CRM strategy. More than hundred of students have joined the project and have visited the web site to do online shopping with intelligent agents. From the data analysis of customer profile, an ICRM agent can receive more effective bargaining process and higher customer loyalty.
