摘要

This paper presents a new method for design equal contact stress raceway curve of radial piston motor. The positive pressure between roller and raceway is calculated by force analysis, by means of this result, the paper gives method for design equal contact stress raceway curve and derived equations for calculate contact stress between roller and raceway. Utilized arithmetic solution of the equations, the characteristic of curve is simulated, the simulation result confirmed that this design method is feasible, detailed study of this kind of curve need to be carried out in the future.
