摘要

Capacitive transducer is a new type of long-displacement transducer after grating, magnetic grid and synchronization inductor, and has a vast of advantages such as simple structure, small size, low energy consuming, strong environment adaptation, and high accuracy. A phase discriminating capacitive transducer introduced in this paper obtain a very improved reliability and stability by the special design in electrical and mechanical structure, and applying to a hydraulic synchronizing continuous lifting velocity control system successfully. This achievement will spread the utilization of capacitive transducer in industry control. Meanwhile, analyses for the factors that affect the reliability of the transducer has been described, and solutions for improving the reliability of the transducer has also been put forward.
