In this paper, a kind of design scheme for MAHCS is put forward, and its simulation test system is built. This new kind of MAHCS has the advantage of less power consumption and high heave compensation precision. The computer simulation model of MAHCSTS is built by using the power bond graph theory and the software simulink. The design scheme for MAHCS is proved feasible by the results of the simulation test and computer simulation. A direct service to our country's strategy of exploiting ocean mineral resources is provided by the research achievements of this paper.
