摘要

The article discusses how to define the general maintenance strategy model of machinery equipments and the optimum maintenance-replacement period. The method overcomes the disadvantages of existing maintenance methods and rules lack of theories. Usually, machinery equipment maintenance often causes the emergence of "out of repair" and "excessive maintenance" according to the experience to define the maintenance period. But this method is, especially, fit for the maintenance application of magnitude-complicate machinery systems, and can be used to the maintenance application of simple machinery systems with the result of high accuracy, while fewer factors are taken into account.
