With the world economy integration, the strengthening of globalization tendency and the coming Knowledge Economy Era, the effective incentive of intellectual employee has become the key element for modern enterprises' success in competition. On the analysis of the features of intellectual employee, we focus on the construction of incentive system, providing the talent management idea of "focusing on the man", establishing the canonical, fair and reasonable reward system, establishing intellectual employee's accomplishment incentive system, building loose, harmonious, self-management and self-development working environment and working atmosphere.
