摘要

Base on traffic assignment model and GIS spatial analyses, we aims to optimize the location of a new highway in road network by taking OD traffic time, traffic environment load, construction concerned costs and ecology damages into account. First, existing road network, land use patterns and traffic zones are input into GIS database, and car-based OD traffic are collected. Second, alternative locations are designed and changed road networks are topologized. Third, impacts of alternative on ecology such as occupied swamp, wetland and green are calculated, and OD traffic is assigned in alternative road networks to obtain traffic flow and travel speed on links. Forth, exhaust gases are calculated based on assignment results and emission factors. Finally, alternatives are evaluated and optimal one is selected.
