The computer network which is represented by Internet has been one of the most important basic establishments, and it brings broad and far-reaching influences to people's economic and society activities, so it's necessary to understand the technology of INTERNET. Because the theoretical study of INTERNET is far behind the development of the engineering technology, the telecom department sells the INTERNET service to the users as a kind of commodity, how to greatly strengthen the safety and further increase the QoS of INTERNET without going the crooked road of the basic construction? This article mainly analyzes and discusses several important technological hotspots, including : the challenge faced with INTERNET, the trend of the INTERNET technology and some technology countermeasures of the telecom department.
