Virtual enterprise is the organizational model of enterprises in the 21st century and the important models of cooperation among modern enterprises, and agile manufacturing is regarded as the main model of the manufacturing industries in the 21st century. The basic ideas, constructive process, alliance principles of allied enterprises, supply -demand model, simulative optimization and management model are researched, especially emphasizing on the market environmental effects, for AVE based-on agile manufacturing, so as to optimize the resource arrangement of the enterprise, form the competitive superiorities and achieve the most economical benefits.
